This album marked a significant departure from their previous work, as the band experimented with new styles and explored different musical paths. Originally released in 1993, The Prophecies was initially misunderstood by fans but has since gained newfound relevance. Inspired by the book and movie The Late Great Planet Earth, Peru members Peter Kommers, Rob Papen, and Ruud van Es created an album that showcased their creative versatility. Now, for the first time, this collection is available on vinyl, making it number 003 in the Pinguin catalog.
