  1. Sales Agreement
    Each order placed and paid for on this website and confirmed by email constitutes a legally binding sales agreement between the purchaser and Orbit Wax.

  2. Prices & Taxes
    All prices are VAT-inclusive where applicable.
    Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
    Prices may change without prior notice; confirmed orders retain the checkout price.

  3. Payment
    Payment methods available are shown at checkout.
    Orders are shipped only after payment authorization.
    For payment methods involving third-party financing or deferred payment, including Buy Now Pay Later services, Orbit Wax is not responsible for contractual terms between the customer and the payment provider.
    Non-refundable payment processing fees withheld by payment providers are not refundable upon cancellation or return where legally permitted.

  4. Pre-orders
    Orders containing pre-order items ship once all items are available.
    To receive in-stock items earlier, separate orders must be placed.
    Release dates are estimates and subject to change.

  5. Hold Orders & Pick-up
    Orders marked as “hold”, “ship later”, or “pick-up” are stored for a reasonable period.
    Orbit Wax reserves the right to request shipping or collection instructions if storage becomes excessive.
    Pick-up requires prior coordination and valid identification.

  6. Stock & Availability
    All items are sold subject to availability.
    In case of stock discrepancies, Orbit Wax will contact the customer to arrange a refund or alternative with consent.

  7. Order Changes & Cancellations
    Changes or cancellations must be requested before dispatch.
    Pre-order cancellations may be refunded excluding non-refundable payment processing fees.
    After dispatch, the Return Policy applies.

  8. Delivery & Shipment
    Orders are shipped in protective packaging suitable for vinyl records.
    Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
    Orbit Wax is not liable for losses caused by incorrect address information.
    Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer law applies.
    Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

  9. Customs & Import Fees
    For non-EU shipments, customs duties, VAT, brokerage, and import fees are payable by the recipient and cannot be charged back to Orbit Wax.

  10. Returns, Defects & Refunds
    Returns, defects, and refunds are governed by the Return Policy.
    Damage or defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

  11. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Wax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including carrier delays, third-party service interruptions, or payment provider disputes.
    Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

  12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s country of residence.
